About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Web Frontend Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for turning UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
Qualification Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Diploma in Web Development or E-Commerce Technologies is acceptable with strong practical skills.
- Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio (for self-taught developers).
Key Responsibilities
- Convert UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into functional HTML/CSS code.
- Develop interactive frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js.
- Collaborate with our backend team to integrate APIs and dynamic data.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize frontend performance.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, and performance tuning.
- Stay up to date with emerging frontend trends, tools, and best practices.
- Basic SEO principles, Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+) to build structured, styled, and interactive web pages.
- Ability to create responsive and mobile-first layouts using Flexbox, CSS Grid, and media queries.
- Familiarity with styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap,and SCSS.
- Experience with front-end development frameworks, such as React and Angular.
- Proficient in Git commands and collaborative workflows using GitHub and GitLab.
- Understanding how to consume data from APIs to display dynamic content.
- Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in code.
- Proficient in VS Code (highly preferred for extensions), with familiarity in Sublime Text or Atom.
- Experience using Postman or browser extensions for testing RESTful APIs.
- Ability to test and troubleshoot website issues.
