About the Role
We are hiring a skilled and motivated Web Backend Developer to help build secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications. In this role, you’ll be working on projects powered by PHP (Laravel/Symfony), Python (Django), and cloud infrastructure (AWS). You’ll collaborate closely with our frontend developers, DevOps team, and designers to deliver complete web solutions.

Qualification Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Diploma in Web Development, UI/UX, or Full Stack Development from a recognized institute.
- Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio (for self-taught developers).
- Certification in Full Stack, Node.js, Django, Laravel, or Cloud (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Build server-side logic using Node.js (Express/Nest), Laravel, Symfony, or Django.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs for React.js-based frontend applications and mobile platforms.
- Handle database design and operations with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Magento.
- Manage user authentication, roles, permissions, and file handling.
- Optimize backend performance, caching, and error handling.
- Integrate cloud-based services (like AWS).
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment automation.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Proficiency in backend development using Node.js, Laravel, Symfony, or Django.
- API development experience using Express/NestJS, or Laravel APIs.
- Strong in SQL, joins, schema design, and query optimization.
- Experience with React.js integration or understanding frontend/backend coordination.
- Exposure to Magento backend or headless CMS integrations.
- Integrate cloud-based services (like AWS).
