Job description:
- Analyze and improve existing operational processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
- Support operations projects, including the development and implementation of new processes or technologies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of operational processes, workflows, and key operational metrics.
- Collaborate with departments like Finance, HR, IT, and Customer Service to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Desired candidate profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- B.Tech + MBA degree (preferably with a specialization in Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or related fields).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical solutions to operational challenges.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
